Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee
OptiHub offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Custom). If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Note: The 14-day guarantee applies to the first purchase only. Renewals and subsequent billing cycles are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at sales@optihub.in with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Your HubSpot Portal ID (if applicable)
- Order ID or payment reference number
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days of receiving your email.
3. Cancellation Process
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page in the OptiHub dashboard, or by contacting us at sales@optihub.in.
What happens when you cancel:
- Access continues — Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- Downgrade to Free — After the billing period ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan (500 executions/month, 3 secrets, 5 snippets).
- Data retention — Your snippets, secrets, and settings are retained for 30 days after downgrade. After 30 days, data exceeding Free plan limits may be archived.
- Execution logs — Log retention adjusts to the Free plan (7 days) after downgrade.
4. Annual Plan Refunds
For annual subscriptions:
- Within 14 days — Full refund per the money-back guarantee.
- Within first month (15-30 days) — Pro-rated refund for the remaining months, minus a 10% processing fee.
- After first month — No refund; subscription remains active until the end of the annual period. You may continue using the Service until expiration.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Usage has exceeded the Free plan execution limit (500 executions) during the billing period for which a refund is requested.
- The account has been terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., abuse, fraud, or malicious activity).
- Refund request is made after 14 days for monthly subscriptions.
- Downtime or service issues attributable to third-party services (HubSpot, AWS, etc.).
6. Refund Processing
- Processing time — Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval.
- Payment method — Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Currency — Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction.
- Bank processing — Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Plan Changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page:
- Upgrades — Take effect immediately. You will be charged the pro-rated difference for the remaining billing period.
- Downgrades — Take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for the current period.
8. Free Plan
The Free plan is free forever with no payment required. There is nothing to cancel or refund. If you are on the Free plan and wish to stop using OptiHub, you can simply disconnect your HubSpot portal and delete your account from the Account settings page.
